Our Mission
At JJ Exports, we strive to provide the highest quality eggs to our valued customers. We are committed to sustainable farming practises and ensuring that our eggs are fresh and nutritious.
Our Farm
Established in 1988 as a small backyard farm, RANA FARMS AND FOODS PVT LTD has transformed into large commercial Layer farm producing White / Brown and Specialty eggs.
To maintain a high standard of bio-security, strict measures are implemented within the farm. As a key player in the export sector, we continuously monitor and assess the health of our birds. Random blood samples are collected from different Layer houses and sent to a Govt laboratory for testing for contagious diseases such as Avian Influenza and Newcastle Disease. Eggs are only dispatched to the packing house if the test results are negative. Regular samples are collected every 21 days to ensure ongoing bird health evaluation.
Our farm has received approval from the "Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Sultanate of Oman" after thorough inspections by officials from Oman Municipality, veterinarians, and Ministry representatives. This approval allows us to export eggs to Oman through JJEXPORTS.
Pack House
- Our packhouse is authorized for "Customs Centralized Self-Sealing."
- Freshly laid eggs are transported to the packhouse in our own vehicle for grading, cleaning, printing, and packing processes.
- Each egg is imprinted with production and expiry dates using an advanced batch coding machine.
- FDA-approved food-grade specialty ink is utilized for printing.
- Only fresh eggs are sourced for the export market, ensuring longer shelf life and freshness.
